These Terms govern your use of propeasy.us and describe the SMS messaging terms associated with PropEasy LLC communications. Using this website does not create a real-estate purchase agreement. Any transaction must be documented in a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.

No obligation to sell
Submitting a property inquiry or requesting an offer does not require you to sell property to PropEasy LLC. Likewise, PropEasy LLC is not obligated to purchase a property unless a separate written agreement is executed.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name and sender
PropEasy LLC Real Estate Communications is an SMS program operated by PropEasy LLC.
What messages may include
Messages may include property-inquiry follow-up, requested offer discussions, appointment scheduling, customer support, transaction/title/closing updates, and occasional PropEasy marketing or service messages where you have consented.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Promotional messages are generally limited in frequency, while conversational or transaction-related responses may occur as needed.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may reply START to opt in again when appropriate.
